We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do! 💖

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

💵 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected ✅, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different colour/style (subject to stock availability).

• If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

⚠️ Important Information

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

• We are not liable for returns lost in transit 📭, so we recommend using a trackable service.

• Sale items ❌ cannot be refunded, only exchanged (if stock allows).
