Changed your mind? No problem! We’re happy to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once it’s on its way 🚚, it’s too late to stop it.

💌 Delivery Charges

• If an order bounces back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $20 redelivery fee will apply.

• Redelivery usually takes 24–48 hours after payment of the fee.

We work with trusted delivery partners (Australia Post & other courier services) to get your jewellery to you safely. ✨

• Once your parcel leaves our studio, it’s in their hands.

• While most orders arrive right on time, sometimes unexpected delays happen (weather, peak season, etc.).

• If there’s ever a holdup, we’ll let you know as soon as we hear about it and do everything we can to get your sparkle to you quickly! 💖
